Welcome to the official site for Mario Grut, writer, critic of film, literature and theatre, translator, photographer, and filmmaker. 

Notions of complex identity is key to the understanding of Mario Grut's production. He lived in Sweden most of his life, but his nationality remained Danish. He wrote mainly in Swedish, but Thai and English were his first languages, and he travelled extensively since his main interest was to read, translate and breathe other languages.
